Many of the children and teenagers at Task Brasil's projects arrive in a state of ill health and psychological damage and few have had access to education. Through the help of our care-workers and educators, these young people are given the chance to learn and enjoy life like other people their age.
This work would not be possible without the support of our child sponsors. By giving £15 a month, or whatever you can afford, you can help make a difference to these lives. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the child you are sponsoring and can send and receive letters and gifts. Further information can be obtained from the sponsor a child guide - which you can request along with other information via the 'Contact Us' page.
If you would like to sponsor a child, please complete a standing order and send by post or fax to pledge your support. As soon as your sponsorship has been registered, you will be sent information on the child that will be receiving your help.

To feed a child it costs £15 a month
A part-time nurse costs £5 a month per child
A computer course for a teenager costs £25
A monthly supply of medicine costs £5 per child
A child-carer costs £28 a month per child
A monthly supply of cleaning material costs £3 per child
A monthly supply of hygiene products for the children costs £20
A monthly supply of special diet for Ian who is allergic to dairy products costs £10
